Tax advising

Our services within this field are either continuous active and passive advising or ad hoc advising in particular cases reported to us.

We assist the Clients during tax inspections and represent them before tax authorities and administrative courts. In this field we prepare reservations and explanations to inspection protocols, complaints
in tax proceedings, petitions for revisions of decisions and appeals
to administrative courts as well as reminders and complaints about protracted proceedings.

Apart from expressing tax opinions in particular cases, we also perform tax reviews of our Clients, wherein we check the correctness of their settlements with the tax office and we express our opinion, which comprises remarks
on irregularities and advices what to do in order to eliminate them. Such audits protect our Client against negative results of a possible tax inspection in future.

For our Clients doing business with related subjects we prepare the tax documentation (po kliknięciu powinien otworzyć się odpowiedni pointer - No 06-C-03) (transfer pricing documentation), which is in certain cases obligatory by virtue of the tax law.

We perform analyses aimed at the optimisation (possible lowering) of tax burden of our Clients, always strictly in conformity with the existing tax regulations in force in Poland.
