Polaudit Sp. z o. o. was established in 1995 as an auditing company as a subsidiary of Polfinans Sp. z o.o., owned by several Partners, Witold Zawadzki as well.  Since 1999 Poaudit  sp. z o.o.  increases flexibility and competence in addressing the tax, accounting and legal issues facing our Clients.
Polaudit employs chartered accountants, tax advisors, tax consultants and tax specialists with university degrees in law and economics as well as licensed accountants.
Since 1999 the basic lines of Polaudit activity are: tax advising, outsourced bookkeeping, personnel files and payroll, VAT refunds, auditing the financial statements, training and computerisation of accounting systems.

In 2003 Polaudit joined the international network of accounting and consulting companies: Kreston International (link), which associates independent accountants and business advisors of 64 countries. It helped in gaining the direct access to the tax and legal systems in many countries around the world. Our membership in Kreston International allows us also to recommend to our Clients the professional advising and accounting companies in many countries or regions.

The share capital of POLAUDIT Company is PLN 100.000 . Our revenues from services in the last accounting year 2010/2011 amounted to PLN 2.400.000 or Euro ca 600.000

POLAUDIT has an insurance policy  covering professional risk connected with our activities.
