Accounting services and advising

We offer full and professional accounting services, comprising, among others, bookkeeping, keeping of inventory evidence and fixed assets evidence, preparing and filing CIT, PIT and VAT declarations (return forms) and other necessary documents required by tax offices, National Bank of Poland, Main Statistical Office and other official bodies.

Accounting services cover also all the activities of closing
an accounting year, together with the preparation of the financial statements, reports for the shareholders as well as filing the annual reports to the National Court Register and tax office. In this matter, together with our lawyers, we assist our Clients in holding the Meeting of Shareholders, which approves the financial statements and board's report.
