VAT refunds for foreign entrepreneurs

Since 2001, when the regulation on VAT refund to foreign companies entered into force, we have been VAT agents for tax refund for numerous companies, among others from Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Austria, Portugal or South Africa.

Within the VAT refund procedure we prepare all the necessary documentation together with the application for VAT refund and we are monitoring the refund proceedings till the moment of transfer
of money due by the tax office to our Client's bank account and,
if necessary, we represent our Clients in the disputes with tax administration, if any.

Within  last years of this activity we succeeded to recover for our Clients VAT of the amount of over 64 million PLN.
